One-Shot Basketball was started in 2012 by Tramaine Stevens. Tramaine's vision is to bring  family traditions to  South Florida through basketball. One Shot Basketball is presenting events in the communities to not only unify and help the communities grow but also encourage young individuals that anything is possible. One-Shot Basketball held its first annual Pro-Am in the summer of 2012 at Miami Edison Senior Highschool. The league consisted of several local college teams, overseas players and ex-NBA players. The league was held for 7 weekends and was considered a success.
